The biological cultivation of grapes is done according to the European Union regulation. In that case, just a few of the known methods are used for the production of grapes. These methods relate to the lubrication and the protection of the plant. The lubrication which is used for the preservation of the ground fertility, has to be done with plant and animal relics. The protection of the plant for the confrontation of the diseases and the insects that hurt the vineyard is done with the use of certified chemical compounds and microbiological formulations, suitable for the confrontation of the grapes enemies.
